I know right! I feel like I check my phone a lot when I'm bored but I don't actually look at it.

I'm not worried about it, the highest is 1h 30 mins. On a normal day, it's 10. Have you?

I did. I set up downtime too, but I’m not that disciplined with it. I keep asking for more time 😅

Yeah. I hate how people are like ‘you’re always on your phone’ because sometimes you actually need to be on there. For school or to check the time. And the people saying this only ever see me when I’m on my phone! It’s kinda annoying, kinda funny
Phone screen time is probably between 3-4 hours. Laptop screen time is around 6 hours. So yeah, getting onto double digits regularly (estimate).
