Too many allergies

I am allergic to all fruits, eggs, pork, coffee, popcorn. Most food normal people eat. I am allergic to. I haven't been diagnosed but those foods make me physically sick and vomit.

I eat fish, chicken, drink tea, rice, bread, cake. The same foods every day.

I have quite a few food sensitivities to everyday foods due to an underlying condition ( in the process of finding out what that condition is ). I have similar symptoms, I get quite nauseous and sick after eating certain things.
I strongly suggest you seek out a proper diagnosis. You dont know that its allergies- it could be a sensitivity, an intolerance, or an underlying disease.

My sibling has quite a few food allergies and gets anaphylaxis when he eats them. How come you haven't been diagnosed?

Just to add, I get nausea and and sometimes vomitIng with a lot of foods and it is not due to allergies so would agree with the person above saying you need to get a diagnosis and not diagnose yourself. This might be something that is quite easily fixed.

Around this time last year, out of the blue I started having allergic reactions to a massive range of foods including potatoes, chilli peppers, tomatoes, bell peppers and paprika.

I later found out that I have an allergy to cat fleas. Exposure to cat fleas had caused me to become hypersensitive to the foods that I've listed above + more.
I am sharing not sharing this because I think that you are experiencing the same thing as me but just to illustrate how unexpected the course could be. You really do need to see your GP.
Also, if you are struggling significantly to adapt your diet to your allergies, ask your GP about a potential referral to a dietician.

Yes though you cant lead with that... your GP will refer you to a specialist for a proper diagnosis first.
