help with UCAT prep?

Got my test in a month and really having trouble getting my head around the sections and the timings, whats your best advise??? I am really hoping for a band 2/1 for Dentistry, ive been hoping to study for such a long time and have not thought about any other options so im really anxious and stressed having trouble sleeping because Im that nervous... someone plz help me....

ps. i have been trying to prepare myself for the past about 20 days- from like waking at 7am and working to like 11pm- I'm not worn out just really want to get a place on the course and scared i wont .......

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED
