Where do you find decent people?

I really want a fling or something similar. I don't want to get into a serious relationship because I don't think it'd last at 17. But I've been so unlucky with guys everything that could've possible went wrong, went wrong. How do you find decent people? I tried a dating app but got age restricted I didn't really get on with anyone there anyway. Any ideas? I need plans for this summer.

Decent: no knives, no druggies, no fraud boys, no young offenders, no rapists, no roadmen, no sex offenders, no nonces. There's no rush I'm just bored.

You have trouble finding boys who aren't into crime, fraud, rape, etc?

I don't think you need a dating app and you are very young. It's best if you make friends as everyone else through contacts at School/College or maybe the gym if you are attending one. The more you socialise the more chances you have to meet people at your age or maybe a little older. I can't tell you whether they will be decent though.

Just talk to people with whom you have common interests and passions. That's the only way I know how to tell whether someone is legit, get to know them first. What interests you?
