Edit, I had one before the first one, but I don't count it since it was only 3 months and the girl was literally dating another guy at the same time anyway...

I said that in a slightly misleading way. I dated the three people (not simultaneously) before the long and serious relationship happened. I think I liked the last one of the three, the most. She was about five years older than me (although that's not something I especially look for or avoid), she was extremely kind, and the conversation just flowed really well. I felt like we really understood each other. She was cute as hell. In the end though she decided she didn't want romance at that particular moment. We're still friends and we went out skating last year just as friends. These days we don't interact as much as we used to; COVID has made it a little trickier.
