Current grades: ACC
If I retake Year 13 as a whole in 2021/2022 academic year can I still do...
-A100 Medicine?
-Medicine with a Foundation Year?
If I just do the Autumn exams in 2021 can I still do any of the above mentioned courses.
Do I need to redo my UCAT and BMAT?

If you sit the Autumn exams in 2021 I believe you can apply for 2022 Entry but if you sit the exams next year in summer you will need to apply for 2023 Entry, but yes you can still apply to A100 and foundation medicine (granted you meet the requirements).
With regards to doing the UCAT and BMAT, yes you will have to do both for the next cycle as they are only valid for one cycle.
