Problems with TSR profile

Hey everyone!

I was having problems with responding to visitor messages on my profile for a while, and yesterday, being the bright spark I am, I decided to switch to the new beta profile to see if it fixed it. I don't like it all that much but I thought it may help.

Anyway, now I can't even view my profile or anything related to it! Anyone got any way to help?

Deleting cookies/ internet history worked for me.

I dont know why I thought it would be a good idea to try myself :facepalm2:

Cant get into the page either now, just bumps me back to the main TSR page.

edit- cant see other people's profiles either...

I only use the app for messaging because I prefer the format there, not even sure how I'd access my profile on it lol (I did try when all this started).

You have to go to your personal profile page, then hit the settings/gear icon. Then you can switch back to normal profile again.

This sounds really dumb so I'm sorry but I'm not sure how to go to the personal profile page! On the website it just won't let me and I'm not sure where it is on the app.

It used to work before-now it doesn't you can't even access thr my profile page

Nevermind, just tested it myself on both chrome and edge (I didn't use my own profile though, muhahahaha).

@Evil Homer @QA1, would you kindly help to investigate this/pass to relevant people.
BETA profile pages are no longer supported, whether you've got them switched on or off, the URL will just not work.
Unfortunately for some people, they've set BETA to be their default so they can no longer access their original profile pages.
Can this be sorted as a priority please? :colondollar:
