I got an AAB in psychology (A) law (A) and history (B) - do you think these are good a level results or no

Yes, My friend got into one of the best law firms and she got a similar grade to you. Congrats!!
Have you actually looked on some University websites to see what grades ae required for Law degrees.
The requiredgrades will be different at each Uni - and top Unis will be askig for A*AAA.AAA grades - but with AAB you can still aim at
