If there's an explaination of course

Depending on the setting being 12 or 24hr, it means you are an insomniac or clock-watching. If the former, find ways to relax and avoid distractions. If the latter, stop it and concentrate on what you are supposed to be really doing.

What 'kind of hours'? You look at the time, you'll see numbers. What has it got to do with synchronicity? Serious overthinking.
