Ive recieved a Cifas marker of Monzo a few months back, they havent given me a reason as of why and Cifas are taking for ages to get back to me? Any ideas on what i should do?

Subject access request to Monzo and Cifas. They will respond within 30 days.

Subject access requests have a 30 day response requirement. That solicitor was wrong.

I'd be asking for my fee back if he can't get the most basic thing like this right!
