A housekeeper
A trampoline, particular a large one
Decent air conditioning, instead of having to use multiple mobile units which are noisy as ****. You can't install fixed air conditioning in a listed house from the sixteenth century! :frown:
Exercise ball
First aid kit
A torch
Sugar
Fruit bowl
Potted plants
Old fashioned teacups
Lavender oil
Hooks
Go Fish

no
A flashdrive with a couple billions worth of Ethereum on it.
A indoor pool with a hot tube and a master bedroom
My spouse and I were going to build our own house. An indoor pool is $150,000+ needless to say, I will not be getting that. My friend has a cupboard dedicated entirely to tea. I would like one of those.

Also a garage with a workout/music room above. I would like one of those 2 door fridges with a water/ice dispenser in the door. So many of my friends have those and it always makes me jealous when I go to their place.

ETA: self-cleaning cat litter boxes.

More garage space (I have a large double, but it also houses the washer and dryer), and a 2/4 post lift. Ocean view would be nice.

You can probably get away with it, if you can somehow prove (by bullsh/tting) that it is "temporary".

Aka, whatever modifications you made to the building can be easily reversed.
Also a electric blanket and a backyard swing
No neighbours
A cleaner
More bedrooms
A big white kitchen
A pool
A study
Beautiful floor tiles
My own bathroom with one of those big round tubs

Damn now I want to design my house
Children that actually tidy up when asked to
