Migrant Worker Maintenance Loan and NIN

Hi,

I just got my Migrant Worker Maintenance Loan approved, but the payments won´t be released until I provide NIN. Which I don´t have.
I sent the application for the NIN to the DWP and was told by SFE that they will check with them about my NIN around 1st December.
I won´t have my NIN by then, but if DWP will have my identity documents checked and will have a record of my application, will it be enough for SFE to release the payments?
