Is she interested in me?

She approached me and initiated a conversation. She also asked me for my social media so I gave her my number.
She messaged her number in 20 minutes
Always replies to my messages promptly
Initiates all messages (I never initiate or take days to reply to her)
Asked three times to meet up
Went out on date with me , was very chatty and open about herself.
But she didn't kiss me though we hugged and she smiles a lot at me
She asked me about my plans for holidays
She also asked me three times if I was warm in the cold when we were talking outside
She messaged me about something but I didn't reply to her

Does she like me?

I think she is interested in you, yes.
You're a very strange guy, if she does like you I doubt it will last very long.
When conversations are so one sided and a person is super dry, doesn't even bother to initiate or ignores you for days (it almost seems like it's on purpose with the way you write about it), it will eventually turn anyone off.
Also, the fact that you can't even ask her directly if she likes you and yet keep a mental record of all your interactions to fuel the idea of that possibility sounds like an extremely insecure move.
