HKU BDS 2022 entry non-jupas

Hi guys, thought I would start a discussion on this years Hku bds entry.

Has anyone of you received an invitation to attend the interview?

Hi thanks for starting this thread! I haven’t heard anything from them yet. I know medicine started giving out some interviews but not for bds as I’m aware

i havent gotten one either yet, they're a different faculty so the interviews probably won't be coming out the same time as med

Ah that’s fair enough. I was reading through the threads from previous years and they seem to send out invitations for interviews in late December ? Please correct me if that’s wrong haha.Are you applying this year ?

I have no idea! Is it compulsory to do the masters in order to specialise in hk ?

Fair enough, when you say international, does it mean you are a non-local?

I am a degree holder, currently working in the Uk.
I’m local (hkid).

No clue. I'm a qualified overseas dentist so I don't really know any other way to get into the specialist pathway lol
