Yes - you'll need to go through DSA to get the right adjustments in place.
Hi @godemperor you will need to apply first for DSA, which stands for 'Disabled Student Allowance' and you do this through student finance.
You will be required to provide evidence of your disability but this will be made as easy as possible, especially at the moment, when social distancing may add other difficulties. For advice on what may be required: www.gov.uk/disabled-students-allowances-dsas/eligibility

Once your eligibility for DSA is confirmed, Student Finance England may ask you to contact an assessment centre to work out what help you need, which is known as a 'needs assessment'. Your university should have its own assessment centre which you can contact and make an appointment with. There they will assess what help and support you need that the university can help provide, and this includes extra time in exams.

This GOV site: https://www.gov.uk/disabled-students-allowance-dsa provides all relevant information for help provided if you're a student with a learning difficulty, health problem or disability.

This provides further information on the application process: https://www.gov.uk/government/news/disabled-students-allowances-dsas-whats-available-how-to-apply
