Potentially excluded from sixth form

Yesterday my friend who goes to college came into my school without permission and I was seen with him. I told him to not come but he came anyway and he got escorted out. Now my teachers are looking for me and my head of year asked one of my friends who was with us for my name. He said if you tell me the name I’ll just give a heads up but if I have to check cctv and find out then I will kick him out. My friend told him by name. Am I getting kicked out?
Depends what you mean by 'seen with him'. If you spent a period of time with him, that's bad. If you saw him very briefly and said "eh, you shouldn't be here" then you can't really be held account for his behaviour.

Well that's bad then, I can't say what action they'll take though.

Why did you escort someone who wasn't a student onto the premises?

That’s bad. I would expect you to be suspended for a period of time but probably not permanently excluded if you apologise and seem genuinely to understand why it can’t happen again ( safeguarding issues)
