I just wanted to ask whether anyone has been feeling just way too overwhelmed this year with unis, then mocks idk i feel so stressed. Any advice on how to cope and not feel like a failure?

Same I feel very overwhelmed with it all too. Especially because my grades are low so I feel under alot of pressure to improve alot.

Every week make sure you do something nice - walk in a green-space, trip to cinema, meal out, meet up with friends in the eveing etc.
Do one subject per day or study session. Dipping in-and-out of every subject just confuses your head.
Tick off stuff you have completed. That way you can see progress.
Have at least half an hour between finishing studying and going to bed with no screens.
