When should I start revising for my GCSEs this year I want at least 2 nines

It's impossible to say, we don't know where you're starting at or how effective your revision is - just focus on improving as much as you can for now.

Hard to say without knowing if you’re intellectually capable, or if you even have the right methods of revision that will get you a grade 9.
Are you like currently on at least Grade 6's for the ones you wants 9's in?

it all depends on how you revise. if effectively, then yes, there is a chance that you could get a 9.
