English literature grades question

I usually get B's in prose and poetry butler been getting C's in my Shakespeare and drama essays

Would this be considered final grade B or C?

Is this for A level English Lit?
Usually I think grades are based on the raw marks from each exam and coursework, which are then added up, so it’s hard to say. It’s largely dependent on the grade boundaries as to what qualifies as an A or B grade etc.

It depends if you are getting high B’s and C’s etc. If you are getting high B’s and low C’s it maybe out to a B overall. If it’s low C’s and low B’s maybe a C overall.
