Tax Specialist Programme 2022 HMRC

Anyone applying for this year's TSP and how did you find the app? Any tips

I haven't but I've found a thread where people have and it's called HMRC Tax Specialist Programme 2022. I applied in the past but I didn't get past the SJT as they revised the pass mark so I failed at the revised pass mark (I scored 50% but the new pass mark was 54%). Has anyone who applied this year heard anything yet? I was hoping to hear by today but I’ve not had a peep. I’ve emailed recruitment but I doubt they willPick it up until Monday, many thanks and best of luck to all :smile:

No I’ve not heard either. The last email I got said we would hear w/e 17th Jan which has obviously past now.

No I’m also waiting since the last email I received said we would find out w/e 17th Jan which has now past. It’s frustrating.

Hope so or at least an email to say there’s a delay rather than being in limbo
Hi, I got a response today advising that I passed alomg with 1700 others but that only 794 will make it to assessment centre

Found it interesting that they said in email that if you dont make TSP then you may be invited to role in CCG. You get that too?

I have actually been asked if Id be interested in a CCG Security and Information officer role in HMRC at EO grade. I came 2nd on a previous interview for CCFP in hmrc so made reserve list then got call about this role. Im considering it, but can't see any threads about security and information officer role hmrc in the student room. I do know its a small team dealing with data compliance i. e gdpr and DPA. You ever hear much about roles in CCG?

Congratulations what was your score and what location did you choose
Applied to Liverpool, scored 37/40, had the packs sent through, but no invite as yet? Anyone had an invite for Liverpool yet?

How did everyone get on? Remember not to give specific details of the assessment centre :smile:

I loved it! Definitely recommend for future applicants. Best of luck everyone. Now just the long wait to find out results!
