best thing to do is get an app I would say. You usually have to pay £5 (a one time payment) but it has mock tests, teaches you the content, has practice questions with explanations/solutions etc. An app will also include hazard perception.

I just say you said free websites so what I also did was go on Quizlet and type driving theory practice into the search bar and you'll find a bunch of different people's flashcards

Literally the Theory Test 4 in 1 £4.99 app on your phone is all you need to pass the theory test with ease. Got 49/50 in my exam with the app.

Did every question in the question bank and saved the ones I got wrong and kept doing the ones I got wrong till I could get them all right. Then after that you are pretty much ready. You can prep a week or two in advance but I'd say give it a month and just go at it with ease. Doing questions when you can and in no time you would have done all the questions.

In terms of Hazard Perception they only have 85 clips so I think using websites for extra clips and practice is also good. Here's a couple:
