Why are people so against using escorts?

There's literally no other way to get laid unless you get extremely lucky or met someone as a child

Dating apps don't work

Approaching women is seen as weird and creepy

Bars and clubs? Most women go there to have fun with their friends and aren't looking to hook up

None of my hobbies consist of meeting women/chance of getting friend zoned lol

you just have a negative outlook on life which is prob why no one wants to get with you

Maybe consider your pulling techniques, it's 'not extremely lucky' to sleep with a woman.
There is nothing wrong in using escorts imo. People are free to do as they wish but it isnt the only way is it? I think people who tend to struggle put far too much pressure on themselves

I have no objections to sex work but I do think it reflects very poorly on a man if he has to pay for something when other men can get it for free.

I went out on the town last week. At kicking out time, they were plenty of men who clearly lost the genetic lottery in terms of looks who were on their way home with women.

met someone as a child

Ummm... moving on.

If women regard you as creepy, you may have some work to do.

None of my hobbies consist of meeting women

If you choose to construct a life for yourself that limits your opportunities to meet members of the opposite sex, then that is entirely on you.

 The genetic lottery bit got me good, you're 100% right. I may have "won" by getting £2 after playing the lottery, but I still have a fantastic lady! Scoring a million isn't necessary to get a partner

look,

If you want to use escorts, then use them; as long as she's not on drugs, not trafficked / controlled or doing it against her will, then it's all legal, and frankly, no one else's business. Having said that, how can you be 100% sure that none of the above applies to her?

IMHO, the negativity perhaps comes from the wider view of prostitution in general... many people have grown up with the image of a damsel in distress forced at gun point to have sex with these middle aged fat sweaty balding men who are generally "minging" (does anyone still use that word these days? lol).

But what about if he wanted something a bit kinky that not everyone is up for (e.g. anal)?

Maybe, but doesn't that raise another ethical debate? How many of these guys / girls regret what they did last night, the morning after? Not that I'm condoning it, but at least with escorts, it's all pre-arranged and everyone knows the score.

One guy I know is quite open about his use of escorts, He's a fairly good looking guy and he claims, "I'm not paying her for the sex, I'm paying her to leave me alone afterwards."
The truth is that you have to put in the work. Lots of women want a top quality guy who is tall, rich, has a nice car, six pack and good jawline. But just because they crave for those things, it doesn't mean you can't get it. You can get the body that you want by hiring a fitness coach and going to the gym. Yes, it may take you months or even years to achieve the form that you want to achieve, but you will change as a person and you would become a hundred times more desirable. It takes a lot of hard work, but life is not easy. Life is all hard work.

Same with money and career. You have to put effort in to get a good job and lots of money. Stay in education and get plenty of work experience. The key is becoming attractive. If you're unattractive, then yes, you'll be creepy but if you work on yourself then you could see the results that you want.

Two factors are generally to blame..

1) Due to religious sexual repression it is generally socially unacceptable to pay for sex. Religious or not, most social norms are based in a culture that was religious.

2) Women especially do not like the idea that men can reduce them to a material value. Partly because of self respect and I suspect partly because deep down they fear it will reduce their own sexual leverage, especially in the online age where their leverage is enhanced.
There is nothing really wrong with it also it is more difficult to get laid if you are a man but maybe try and get a long girlfriend.

TBH, i was ready to dismiss this post after reading the first line, but there's actually some sense in this. If you make the effort to improve yourself in a few key areas, then you'll find you develop in ways you never knew you could. Everyone want's the best options that are avalible to them.

@OP What are you proactively doing to improve your outlook / prospects? Unfortunately, it's a competition these days, and the world owes you nothing. Just remember this famous sailing boat quote (it's a metaphor, but totally relevant):-

The Pessimist complains about the wind;
The Optimist expects the wind to change
The Leader adjusts the sails (John Maxwell)
Nothing works
