Past papers are the best way for pd I think

There is only a limited amount of them and the mark schemes seem to be so particular every time? Are you doing the a level at the moment

Yes. I'm doing AQA. I haven't been taught much either so I'm feeling very stressed about the exam.

Yeah there's not many which sucks but I find they will reuse or ask very similar questions, would recommend looking at the latest paper feel like those will be asked. And yeah im studying it (y12)

I would also recommend technologystudent it's a website which looks awful but has a lot of useful information

Yes but they know more then me because I was off due to an illness for a long time. How are you finding the maths questions? Are you just going to revise the advanced information?
I’m ok for some of the maths but some is so hard we have just not been taught. Do you want to add me on Instagram so we can talk there? Mine is @b.storey_

Wouldn't recommend only advanced info as they're only for higher mark questions, I'd look over everything just in case.

active recall with a whiteboard and blurting is what helps me.
best advice for longer questions would be to use everything in the question - material, process, finish, etc - and analyse until you've got nothing left. also for 12 markers try and get at least 4-5 points in, maybe even 6 so they have enough stuff to give you marks for, if that makes sense. and back up your points with the question, i.e. steel is corrosion resistant which is good for the sink because...
