advanced info says the 30 marker for crime could be on theories on crime (functionalism, realists, marxism etc), or it could be on surveillance, punishment and victims i think

the 20 marker is most likely to be on functionalism or social action theories.

yes you are right but if the question has mentioned functionalism before then it is very unlikely for it to come up.

just guessing.
explanations of corporate crime, and may be for the 4 markers things like fictional representations of crime or how the media can induce criminal activities like imitation and stuff like that but it could also not be in the textbook and we might have to use our knowledge to gather resources. sadly
