Student finance for second degree

If your first degree is an accelerated 2 year degree, would you get 1-3 years of funding for a second degree? Or still not?

Hi there,

What kind of course do you want to study after your accelerated degree?

Thanks, Graeme

I’m looking at the 2 year bioveterinary course at UCLan (or a 3 year bioveterinary course at other universities), followed by a veterinary medicine course (either accelerated 4 year course at Bristol / RVC, or regular 5 year course at Bristol / RVC / Nottingham / Surrey).

The bioveterinary course would be 2023 start date. Followed by veterinary medicine in 2025/2026 (depending on whether I did a regular 3 year bio vet course, or accelerated 2 year biovet course at UCLan). Thanks 🙂

Our 23/24 academic year applications and guidelines haven't launched yet. You would need to get back in contact with us around March 2023 and we can look into this further for you. Thanks, Karen
