    Lateral raises 5kg x lots
    Curls

    Used an elbow pad so I could barely feel the elbow click, hope the click isn't gonn cause harm

    Had a piss about session because I was out drinking last night and had zero sleep.

    DB decline bench - 27.5kg (1x6)
    Squats - 85kg x 1 (PB)
    Deadlifts - 122.5kg x 1 (PB)
    T bar rows - 62.5kg (1x5) PB
    curls

    DB decline bench - 27.5kg (7,7,7) PB
    DB incline bench - 22.5kg (5,5) then 20kg (1x8)
    T bar rows - 52.5kg (8,8,8,8) PB
    Shrugs - 75kg (8,8,8) PB
    Paused shrugs - 60kg (8,8,8)
    Overhead DB extension - 20kg (3x8)
    Curls - EZ + 15kg (8,8,8) PB
    Hammers - 10kg - (1x8)

    Might go on the the big 30kg dumbbell for decline bench next time; weak compared to others but a big milestone for me

    T bar rows are sickeningly amazing, can actually feel my lats doing the work rather than my arms.

    Lack of sleep + little food = poor (ish) session

    Deadlifts - 102.5kg (1x5) PB
    DB Shoulder press - 20kg (1x5) then 17.5kg (3x8) fook sake
    Lat pulldown - 55kg (8,8,5)
    CGBP - 17.5kg dumbbells - (3x7) then bar + 27.5kg (3x8)
    DB curls - 10kg (10,10,8) possibly a PB lololololol
    Lateral raises - 7.5kg (9,8,7) then 5kg x lots
    Rear delt flies

    Gonna do (4x6) at 55kg for lat pulldown next time and work my way back up.

    T bar rows - 60kg (5,5,8,5) PB
    Shrugs - 77.5kg (8,8,8) PB
    Rope push downs - 15kg (10,10,12) PB I think
    Hammer curls - 12.5kg (2x8)
    Hammer into supinated curls - 10kg (8,8,7)

    No I'm doing a bit of everything every 2 days. My gym sucks and has no rack so I can't do barbell squats. Forgot to add in that I did DB split squats with 20kg for (3x8)

    Going to an awesome gym when I start uni in September thankfully.

    I'm 74kg just now so I'll have to get up to at least the 37.5kg dumbbells :O can barely lift them off the rack

    A valid opinion is a bw bench... Your opinion is then valid opinion on fitness matters.

    Only if you know your **** do you have a valid opinion on juicing. I don't have a valid opinion on it other than to say - if you're going to do it, make sure you have a valid opinion lol.
