Only three sides have conceded 12 goals or more in the current format of the World Cup:

    Saudi Arabia
    North Korea
    ...and Brazil

Alas that is always the way with Holland...

Van Gaal made plenty of mistakes this tournament tbh, it's been an easy run for him in truth and he did well to get to the SFs, but with very negative footie mainly so idk
I thought Holland were exceptionally disappointing after the group stages. Their late comeback against Mexico was when the tournament went from very good to a bit boring, in my opinion.

Yeah, it was actually really poor defending for that goal, obviously you can let them off for being 7-0 up at the time, but without Neymar, Brazil are dreadfully mediocre going forward, I don't think they would have scored in 10 hours:rolleyes:

Brazil are at that level where a David Moyes could come in and take them forward. He'll organise them defensively, make them hard to beat and create a system where there's a big target man up front who'll create chances for Neymar running off of him. The likes of Willian and Oscar putting in shifts down the wings will also help.

You bet on a team that shipped 7 goals a few days ago? That's brave.

I believe they would have sorted themselves out but shame about the shocking defence displayed.

    lost too much money.

but the worst bit was the fact that neymar had to sit and watch them play ridiculously and taint the Brazilian name, the legends had built.

Unsurprising, really nice of the Netherlands to score that final goal as I had 2-0, 2-1 and 3-0 covered at a quid on each, 3-0 at 33/1. Also under 3.5 goals came through as well, not 2.5 sadly but no biggie, bout £30 up on the match and my double of Holland to win in 90 mins and Germany to lift the cup is still on, don't let me down now Germans..

Brazil were definately overrated this year.

The team fell apart. Kudos to Germany and Netherlands for destroying them.

Neymar goes out of the game and suddenly the whole of the Brazilian team is clueless... ugh
Hope he gets well soon though :')
Brazil losing to the Netherlands was kind of expected but they should have upped their game and used the disappointment with their loss to Germany as a motivation to play much better and they should've played strategically with skill

    Next up, Germany vs Argentina!

Neymars back broke because he was carrying all of the Brazil team with him.
