Just the offer today from Newcastle for dentistry and an offer from Birmingham for pharmacy.

Newcastle will offer a certain number of places and reject a certain number of people. The rest remain in the pool.
As they are heavily fined for going over capacity with places they wait and see how many of the current offers they have given out are accepted or turned down. When they gave a better idea of how many places they have remaining due to some people turning down or placing Ncl as their insurance then they will hand out more offers to the best candidates from within the pool.
They said on interview day that last year roughly 70% of pooled applicants recieved an offer.

Guys is says my ucas has been updated but tracks off until Monday. Everyone who recieved offers did so by email right? And this who were put in pool was by email too right? Does this mean ucas update= rejection? Has anyone been rejected by email?
I have an email but ucas wouldn't work is that the same for everyone ?
