As a socialist I can confirm I do like to stir things up

So who admitted they duped? Not me. Who asked what the dupe was called? Not me. Who confirmed it was a dupe and not the account being used? Um, not me.

That's not the point. What I'm saying is that you are always the first person to get involved when there is vaguest sniff of a scandal.

Of course, I'm the one with the most procrastinating to do and you aren't going to bother with scandals yourself

    Con 17
    Lab 11
    UKIP 9
    Liberal 5
    Socialist 3
    Green 3
    Nat Lib 2

Obvioulsy Con-Kip coalition, although in theory UKIP are only there to deal with the threat of Lib-Lab+minor player when it comes to government formation.
    Certainly Con-Kip

So UKIP (and presumably any other coalition partner) will simply be cannon fodder?

I doubt it, a government majority is always a good thing, but if there were high levels of confidence that nothing larger than Lib-Lab could be formed there would be no reason not to stick with a confidence and supply type arrangement and not give up cabinet positions and most voting will be along similar lines anyway

I do not think the Conservatives will get that many seats, but probably a few more. Also, I still don't think the Nat Libs will win a seat.

Perhaps I know more than you do, especially given I know what the mass PM does to vote shares.

The Nat Libs will need very few votes to get seats, don't count them out just yet, they are contesting.

Well UKIP would vote for you, it wouldn't be the other way round...

Anyway. I think your predictions are unlikely.

I think he is expecting a widget poll to have a large impact if it is prominent for the entire election, allowing all TSR members to vote by not visiting the thread.

RayApparently as the whole premise of a message to all TSR users, and a widget is to raise awareness of the MHoC, it would be good if users would have to click a link in the widget to be taken to the thread to vote; having only a poll defeats the purpose of advertising the MHoC. What form with any widget take?

I know the trends and I recon that the lack of a mass PM will be offset by the sidebar widget

They'll have a VERY different effect, a widget will be based even more on RL opinion than voting in the thread

I think most people who vote because of the mass PM do so by party allegiance IRL. Personally I belive that the effects will be highly similar.

Except the data does not back up that hypothesis, after the mass PM the extra votes were not in line with the RL election polling of TSR
