27; I've maintained an RHR under 50 since 2011, so notwithstanding some questionable dietary choices (including a fondness for alcohol) I'd say that's probably an understatement.

I'm 21 and I got 18. But I don't understand how a vegetarian diet "ages" your body... You can still get all the essential amino acids as a veggie 😒
