# UNOFFICIAL MARKSCHEME Edexcel Maths Calculator paper 09/06/2016 Watch

I Swear the answer is 3.7, that's what i put. At first i put 3.8 then changed to 3.7.
I put the 3.8 under the rule of if the middle (3.75) is too low *which it was) use the upper bound, being 3.8.
But I can't say for certain.

I'd say 168-170/200
Really?! A lot of A* calibrate students at my school, who predicted A* thought non-calculator was really hard and counted mid/early 70s (marks that is). Even if they got 80-90, that seems to high. I'm thinking it may be around 160-5.

Not convinced.
x to 4dp is 3.7505 = 34.002 and quite clearly it is closer to 3.8 than 3.7. Either way one of us has it right!

Jokes on you if you got 3.8. Answer was 3.7
Really?
6. Why are people arguing whether it was 3.7 or 3.8? lol
Move on, focus on your next exams

7. It looks like i have got around 80 on todays paper and around 60 on the non calc- will this get me an A ?
8. are the grade boundaries going go down because overall it was harder than june and November
the mark scheme accepts both usually.

Yeah, I reckon it would, since you don't have the other year groups etc. To compare them to, so either way it's valid
