Felt terrible today. Hips shooting up deadlifting making 170 a grind. Tried using straps, idk what I'm doing wrong but stronger doing DOH. Probs didn't help the Deadlifting. First 2 sets of Romanian deadlifts were with straps then changed to left hand under hand. Getting closer to bar helped top, loaded glutes and hamstrings of the floor, which might help explain why I'm really quick off the floor and then slow so rapidly. Too much ankle dorsiflexion; not leaning back enough to load posterior chain. Glutes can't come through. But a lot of quad of the ground hence hips shoot up

That might make sense lolz

Yeah. Not helped that I deadlifted 4x 3 weeks ago. 5 times week before last and then tried to do it 3x last week
