I did three part time highers and for the prelim for Art and Design I had an A but for all three exams I got a D! I'm contacting my tutors to get a remark. I believe this must be a mistake because my tutors all expected I would get much higher than a C and kept reassuring me that I would do well. I especially find it hard to believe that I would get a D in Art and Design considering the fact I've completed a foundation course in art and design with merit grade. I need at least a C in English for my offer at Gray's school of art. This is so frustrating. Hopefully I'll know more once they do a remark. I'm from the netherlands so I've never done highers before. Scottish universities dont accept my havo diploma so last year I decided to do both a foundation course and three highers to get into uni. Now it all feels like I've wasted a lot of time and money

Ah, thank you! That's very useful. When I phoned the school earlier they told me to request an appeal but I've read you can't do that any more. It's very hard to get this sorted through my tutors as I'd imagine they're all on holiday. I think I'm gonna try to get them to request a priority clerical check from the sqa.

If you need the remark done quick then that would definitely be the way to go! If you need any other help please let me know! Good luck!

I got a D in my higher maths in 2013 and a B in higher maths in 2014 but it shows both of them on the certificate, is it supposed to or is it a mistake?
I got a D in 2013 and then an A this year in higher maths as well and it shows them both on my certificate. Pretty sure it's supposed to be like that, so it shows it was a second sitting or whatever

Got 5 A grades and a B in my National 5 exams. Delighted does not cover it, especially due to the fact I failed the Maths prelim and ended up with a B in the final exam.
