    The guys at Facebook need a grammar lesson, accidentally hit the "see more" button on the friend suggestions section of the sidebar only to see it become "see less"...

    Less is continuous data fewer is discrete, or in terms of nouns, less for singular and fewer for plural. Less is singular last I checked, with suggestions plural.

    None of this is inconsistent with the two valid abbreviations it could be. It says 'see less', but does not say of what. I agree that 'See less suggestions' would be wrong.
