I'm 6'2" and 10st 10. Used to be about 8.5 stone. I'm still too skinny. OP you just need to eat more. I used to say the same thing, 'I eat a lot'. But you really don't do you? My doctor said just eat whatever you can get your hands on. Simple as that and great advice. Better to keep it healthy though, chicken etc.

I'm about 5'6 and 7st7 (although weigth varies slightly). I'm a bit skinny but seeing as I do eat 3 good meals a day + snacks + parents were like this when they were young I assume this is natural.

You must be extremely muscular and lean to weigh so much at that height and still be!!

I'm 6'6" and weigh 100Kg or 15stone 7 pounds. I lift weights which is why. (Before I started the gym I was 80Kg and still 6'6".)

I have quite broad shoulders+arms, but I have never been to the gym, just do judo 3 times a week, used to have very weak upper body, not any more :P

    175 cm and 50 kg

but my new years resolution is to lose at least 3 kg !

    Hope for 47 kg
Why do you want to lose weight? 50kg at 175cm is already quite underweight. I'm not trying to be rude, I just don't want you to do anything dangerous...
