Thank you! Same for you and Bristol Psychology! Can't imagine that's easy to get into either!

Highlight of my application process has been applying for Bristol with it in mind as my top choice, but worried about getting the AAB grades they want.
Got an interview there, and at the end of the interview the guy said he liked me and would recommend I get an ABB offer.
    Happy Days!
Only joking! You're not gloating! Just thought it was funny after Pheebs' comment! Well done!

Applied to the university of my dreams (Brunel), got rejected (I didn't have the A-Levels but was sure I had more than enough experience. Sadly they said 'Oh, if you were a mature student we'd accept you in a heartbeat!) SO annoyed. I cried for days.

So I was still determined, I ended up planning to apply again to Brunel through clearing in the hope that their offers had gone down and that I could 'talk' someone into it.

I was in a cafe in Spain (on holiday) at the time, constantly ringing them and asking if it had gone down a little more, when my Mum suggested I looked at some other places, I ended up finding Kent doing the exact same course. I applied online, and got a reply offering me a place in 20 minutes.

Kent is slightly higher in most league tables than the uni Brunel, (or at least its equally reputable), their non-clearing offer is exactly the same as Kent, now I'm getting firsts across the board. Brunel don't know what they're missing dammit.
What course did you apply for at Brunel?

I Orignally received an unsuccessful for Geography at University of Glasgow but i emailed them to say if i had included i was taking part in the Top up programme (helps with grades) and it turns out i hadn't but because i was they could make me an offer !. The admissions guy said he would ammend my decision to a conditional offer and i would receive it on UCAS Track today and i woke this morning to an email from UCAS that i received at 4:04am with my offer, what a time to receive an email :P

Well, I got an offer from Glasgow Uni at 11.45pm and I was in such a frenzy to get track open that I locked myself out... anyway, managed to get in and I found that I had an extremely good conditional considering how much I ballsed out last year plus Glasgow uni's prestigiousness
