    Finally did my loaded carries!

    Goblet Carry

    3x35m 85lb Dumbell

    Overhead Carry

    3x35m Tyre Bar

    Farmer's Carry

    3x40m (drop & turn @ 20m) 40kg Dumbells, done for speed

    Medley

All of the above, goblet and OH carry extended to 40m, no rest between lifts (obvs). Did this once then vommed in a bush because I'm that hardcore (or rather, because I'm out of shape).

What is the point in loaded carries?

Grip strength, forearm hypertrophy, cardio etc?

We don't really have strongman stuff, there's a lawn that's maybe 40m long and the owner doesn't mind me taking weights outside and charging around. DIY is the way forward.

Not actually de-loading de-load week this week. Basically, a free week where I do whatever. Today I beat the **** out of my legs.

    Sqwatz

    60x12
    100x5
    130x3,3
    150x1
    170x3,3

    Leg Press

    4 plates +10kgx15
    5 plates +10kgx15
    6 plates +10kgx12,12
    6 plates +10kgx10 drop to 4 plates x lots

    Leg Extension

Lots of sets of 20-25, did maybe 5 sets. I lost count.

    Leg Curl

    As above

Tried to do lunges/split squats but my legs stopped working. I did 30 situps instead...

Another reasonable session chalked up today. Since I've stopped doing heavy assistance work I no longer feel like **** and my low back/piriformis/hip cluster**** is starting to get a little better.

    Bench

    50x10
    60x10
    75x5
    85x5
    100x1
    110x1
    100x12

All of the above felt nice and easy, bar the last rep and a bit of the big 100kg set.

    Incline D'bell Press

    5x15-20

    Supersetted with Chins

    5x10

    T-Bar Rows
