 Yeah, that makes sense actually. Prepare for another onslaught of Maths hate this year. I love it really.

Oh - I've just found my summer homework list. On it, I've written "practice chain rule/p.r./q.r."
Anyone know what I could be on about? :s-smilie:

:mmm:

Chain Rule
Product Rule
Quotient Rule

:yep: need help

They don't sound serious enough for me but they are quite funny to hear about xD I couldn't stand going up to any employer saying I did maths with dance or something lolol

I just realized....when I apply for medicine next year, would I have to receive an unconditional offer or no offer at all?

Ooh, that sounds about right! I feel a bit thick now :teehee:

I'll take a look through the major homework I've got today first and see how far I can get with that. I have a feeling one of them is on functions though, and I think I'll need a good bit of help with that.

Good to hear. What exam board are you on for Psych?

Yeah, I hope so. will see how it goes, is it weird to think this time next year you'll be getting ready to go to uni?

AQA A for psychology  you?

It really is weird, I don't think I'm ready in all honesty either

Isn't MAT pretty easy, like AEA?

I had a look and it does look a lot easier than STEP. But that could be because I don't have the full knowledge to attempt STEP yet :dontknow:

Ah same as me, how did you do?
I'm not sure if the exam was harder or our new teachers were rubbish because a lot of people got considerably lower than expected.

Yeah I bet!
Hi everyone, I'm Year 13 from Oxford who got quite into stalking the Year 12 thread in anticipation of results - I came across this today and thought I might as well get involved!

I'm applying for NatSci/Chemistry at (probably) Cambridge, Imperial, UCL, Warwick and Bristol (though maybe Durham, my choices aren't final yet).

I'm super excited for next year - I can't wait to go to uni!

They really need a "who quoted me" section on the app. I always accidentally ignore people :unimpressed:
