It may be good to add in your current grades, but you could also do that in your blog!
My mocks are next week , so i will add my grades in after I've received my grades

Okay so I'm failing AS Biology really badly, in all the biweekly tests we do i always get U's and i hoping this will help me get better grades. I'm predicted a D but if i can get better that's a bonus. I will try anything to get my grades up to match the rest of the class:unimpressed:. Hate being the most stupid.

    Well here's to hoping
    Thanks Ellie

    My goals:

A*AAab in Biology, Maths and Chemistry A2 along with AS Further Maths and Physics, respectively.

My AS grades were fairly shocking (in my opinion), but good enough to get me offers to study Chemistry next year. The reason why I'm also taking the extra AS subjects is another story. I've decided to resit many of the AS modules and at the moment in the process of persuading the science department (or faculty of science as they call it  haha) at my school to enter me for the resits. I'd have a total of 16/17 exams in May/June excluding ISA's...

Note: Will I automatically get a PM regarding the grades or do I need to quote somebody?

    Hi
I'm currently in year 13 and I'm studying biology, chemistry, geography and Spanish. I'd love an A* in chemistry, and A's in biology, geography and Spanish. At AS I got A's in chemistry and geography, and B's in biology and geography, so my main goals are A's in biology and spanish and A* in chemistry

(hoping to study natural sciences or chemistry at Uni, and need A*AA/ AAA)

I'm going to sit CIE AS exams this May/June as a private candidate.

    AS Level Mathematics
    AS Level Economics
    AS Level Computer Science

My goal is to push myself to the extreme - hoping to get all As.

I'm not from the UK, so I think you'll find my past grades extremely confusing. I'm not really interested in the competition aspect of this, but I think blogging about my progress might motivate me quite a bit, me being the lazy slob I am.

    Hi!
I am doing AS Levels and at the moment all is relatively fine except for maths where I have lost the will to live and am therefore very behind. However I know with motivation and hard work I can get the grades I want!
I am aiming for As in Geography, French, German and of course Maths as I need these grades to get onto the languages course I want.
    This is great motivation!

OK I really need to do this to live up to my ideals and get into my top uni choice (which wants AAA):

    A Levels: Mathematics A*, Biology A*, Chemistry A

I'm not very good at Chemistry so I'm trying to work towards at least an A, Biology should be alright but worried about Maths because I'm not going to resit C3 as the paper last year was quite difficult but that means i need to get 97% in C4 but I could aim for it at least...

Srsly though I'm terrified that I'll mess up Chemistry again (not even getting B)

Hello! With Psychology, the best thing to do is summarise all your notes, and practice answering essay and exam questions under timed conditions as timing is a big downfall for everyone.
For your evaluation, to get into the top bands, always do P(point).E(evidence) E(explain).L(Link)>>>linking back to the theory is very important! Always link back!
For AS, you can learn the General evaluation points: Methodological problems: lab, case study etc and know weaknesses and strengths of them as they can be used for mostly every theory
Use specialised times like reductionist, gender bias, ethnocentric etc

These methods got me A in AS, (88UMS in U1&2)
    Good luck
    Really good website: www.loopa.co.uk
Has resources for AQA A psychology that are really useful.
Thank you so much for taking time to respond! I'll definitely try them out! (The timing one is my worse one... takes me 3 hours to get a B-level 12 marker)

    Have a nice day!!!
