WOW I'm impressed with the amount of Catz people on here. Congratulations everyone who got an offer, there is no better feeling!

Seaspray, I am a second year Land Economist, so if you want to ask any subject specific questions fire away - I will probaly be your college grandfather! Peter Tyler is an amazing DoS and Catz always do well in Tripos results for Land Economy. There are usually about 4 Land Economists each year and being so close to the department is heaven. I can give you the emails of some first years atm if you want to have a chat with them?

Hope the celebrations have been alcoholic x

Hi. Just me being picky again, but if you come down here still calling us "St Catz" then I'll eat you.

Right. I'm in deep trouble...Does 'Collegium sive aula Divinæ Catharinæ' appeal?

I was under the impression that Catz (as opposed to St Catz -- which I think is associated with Oxford's St Catherine's College) is the preferred term. But correct me if I'm wrong.

I've no idea about the oxford bit, but Catz is very much the most commonly used. St Catz just sounds silly! I wouldn't believe swntzu when he says he'll eat you though... doesn't seem like the cannibalistic type...:p:
