So you're saying that if we had not invaded the nation would have descended into a long and bloody civil war and ISIS would have still sprung up, but also spread across much more of the country and stayed there?
We didn't invade Syria and there's still a bloody civil war raging there. Blair didn't cause the Arab Spring.

In any case, I still believe the real problem was leaving the job half-done in Iraq and being too eager to get out when we found there were no WMDs, rather than rebuilding the country again.

According to a New Zealand Justice Minster the Age of consent should depend on the teenagers diet and when puberty starts

"Given that our diets are better and our lifestyles have improved, our children now go through puberty at a much earlier age than what we did before,"

Video of Texan Police body slamming a 12 year old, funnily enough there isn't a video of what she had done, and unsurprisingly the cop was white and she was black, time for the racism accusations to fly.

US police are just brutal in general and people notice when it's a black person.

Blacks commit 4x the violent crime but only get shot a fraction of the time times do.

Greetings from the Circle line! Not a circle but who other than UKIP cares- their 2010 manifesto has a pledge to make it a circle again.

The French as members of the EU have provided a large part of the income of UKIP for yhe last 15, or at least that of their MEPs.

She did okay tbh. Nothing to do as a politician there except to smile and laugh. The WW2 jokes were top notch.

    Not hard to find.

I'm really confused as to how the voting worked though because there isn't a poll

Remember that this is 110 years ago in RL, as TSR MHofC time is 10 times RL time. It is before Twitter and Instagram, and in RL at the time there is someone called Anthony Blair as the RL Prime Minister.

Interesting how flat tax, an idea that was gaining some ground for a time in parts of Europe, was discussed. I think that for a while UKIP favoured it too.

This is really interesting - the MHoC has definitely progressed since then.
