"Experts" once said the earth was flat...
They were wrong and so are you.
Evidence? Also, the gap between what an expert was then and what an expert is now is huge. Your defence is almost as weak ws your original assertion.

One of my favourites is that if you believe in an invisible unicorn sitting in your living room, you're crazy; if you believe in an invisible man sitting in the sky, you're just religious. I'm not religion bashing, I've just always found it funny working in psychology that patients can come out with utterly unsupported delusions, but provided their delusions are religious, they're socially sanctioned and actually considered normal. Meanwhile the guy who believes the man in the next room down is trying to steal his money (statistically much more likely) is medicated to the eyeballs and diagnosed as schizophrenic.
    Soooo true.

My faith is the only the evidence that I need. My faith in God is so strong that I cannot imagine God not existing. I know I'm not going to persuade anyone and I don't really care.

I do love my neighbour. I love all people since we are all sinners and need forgiveness to enter Heaven. Homosexuals and transsexuals in particular clearly show that they have not received Jesus Christ so I want to help them by letting them know that what they are doing is wrong and that faith in Jesus Christ will help them more than any homosexual relationship/ transsexual life ever could. And they are free to ignore it if they wish to do so.
Jesus made no comments about homosexuality at all. The funny thing is you pick and choose. Many heterosexuals have "gay" sex/anal sex. Why are you not condemning just that action? Because you are prejudiced against the people and the acts, not just the acts as you claim to be.

Furthermore, why aren't you campaigning for stoning adulterers, all salons to be closed down because we must all have beards and not cut our hair, for the making of clothes with mixed fibres to be banned? Because you don't care. It's a smokescreen for your own prejudiced behaviour and feelings.

Okay, you can believe what you believe and I'll believe what I believe. You're not persuade me and vice versa

A mental disorder is a condition that negatively affects the brain's ability to function normally (eg Autism, a developmental disorder, which has a negative effect on the person's ability to socialise. An example of one which is not developmental would be an anxiety disorder, which can negatively affect a person's ability to think clearly at certain times due to persisting fear and dread).

Transsexuality on the other hand, doesn't really affect the person's ability to function normally; a trans person feels that they are the opposite gender to their sex - it's certainly not "normal", and can probably be considered a mental condition, but it's not a disorder.
I don't have a mental condition. I am like everyone else.

Almost certainly, but some disorders it is not wise to "treat" in the sense of changing them or "fixing them" but it to allow them to best adapt to their mental state.

For the record I do think Homosexuality is a dis-order as well, but that doesn't mean it's "bad" just that it is a deviation from the norm.
A deviation from "the norm" does not equate to disorder.

Evidence? take a biopsy of any bloke who has had their willy cut off and claims to be a female.
Any scientist will say "this sample is from a male".

If an individual wanted to call themselves a tin shed it'd be obvious something wasn't right upstairs. The same applies here.

I said evidence in relation to how transgenderism is a defect. Trans people do not try to say they are another biological sex - you are very ignorant which probably explains your opinion.

I never intended to argue with you in the first place! I just stated my opinion and you chose to argue. I'm just defending my views.

They claim to be something they are not, which is essentially the same thing.

No, you're not defending your views at all. You cannot even support your original assertion. It doesn't hold. You're entitled to believe what you will but at least accept that those beliefs can be challenged and at least have the gall to say, "I can't defend what I believe, I just believe it and that won't change". But you can't.

No they don't. Fundamental difference between gender and sex.

Not in human beings. That's a construct of the delusional - i.e mentally ill.

What are you talking about? YES in human beings. Gender is a social construct; sex is biological. Gender has been so for years and years. I'm sure you conform to gender roles and gender constructs attributed to the male sex. Are you calling yourself mentally unwell? Certainly delusional - that much is clear.

That's an incorrect assumption. I don't buy into "gender roles" nonsense. That's a hang up from victorian times and has no place in a modern erudite society. What you keep in your trousers doesn't remotely affect what you do in your life.
For example, my wife is just as capable of rebuilding the engine in our race car as I am at cooking dinner.

We're going off on a massive tangent here. I cannot see how anyone who has a desire to mutilate their genitals can be anything other than suffering from a mental affliction. I've certainly seen no tangible evidence to the contrary.

There's no evidence to the support either. Plus, the world does conform to gender roles - just saying - whether we want them to exist or not. Also, transgenderism does not mean full transition - i.e. "mutilation".

So? What has that to do with my point? That doesn't change anything?
Wasn't that your whole point? Word definition
