My predictions are that we're definitely going to have something again on vertical and horizontal gene transmission, tissue fluid formation,oxygen dissociation curves(definitely, definitely this),meiosis and genetic diversity, as I haven't seen too many difficult difficult questions on these yet

Why are the chromsomes in telophase 26 but only 30 DNA, why aren't the chromosomes 13?

If anything it's likely to be about the blood vessels or tissue fluid, isn't enough content to have a 6 marker just on the mammalian circulatory system! Unless you were to consider valves, etc etc, but I've only ever seen a 2/3 marker for that, along the lines of "What adaptions do veins have to stop the back flow of blood"
A six mark question came up on tissue fluid in June 2012 so I don't think it will come up again this year!

Chromosomes always appear in pairs except during mitosis and meiosis, so, for part i. you would simply draw one of each chromosome.

ii. It is always 2^n

n = number of chromosome pairs.
Therefore, it is 2^3 =)
