Equation for tangent of Cirle? What did you guys get?
Don't back me on it
but I believe it was x-2y=14=0
4. How did you do the log? How many marks was it? Completely messed up
5. FFS edexcel unleashing the beast. To think they would allow us after the C1, but this test makes C1 look like a piece of piss. If it goes well, 68/75, if not then 60/75 +/-
6. (Original post by BBeyond)
same :/ ceba for it tbh i think so yh
hahahah yk I just want to go to sleep, like I'm so annoyed at this paper. Ah sound man

For the area of the graph since between 0-4 was below the x axis you minus it? To get 162 that's what my text book says
No the area is negative because it's underneath the graph, it doesn't matter about the sign' we're looking at the magnitude
so the area is therefore 226
8. Grade boundaries better be rock bottom that was quite hard

9. Alright, integration.

(4(9)5/2 - 10(9)2 ) - (4(4)5/2 - 10(4)2 ) = 194

(4(4)5/2 - 10(4)2 ) - (4(0)5/2 - 10(0)2 ) = -32 (take positive)

Total: 226
10. 162-32+32
11. Based
• on the comments of reputable users,
polling (and allowing for skew)

I am estimating 58/75 for 80UMS

For me the biggest killer was time. I ended up doing the'cosx in terms of k' question in the last 5 mins - ran out of time just as i was so close to calculating the
1 - sqrt(1+16(3))/8 answer, got the positive though
Same I was nice and relaxed until I found out I have 30mins to answer question 6789 so had to leave out 8 and didn't complete 9

Equation for tangent of Cirle? What did you guys get?
i got y=0.5x + 14/2
i think
18. guys lets make a petition against edexcel :'(

****ing awful exam, so frustrated!!! Nothing like the ****ing 20+ past papers i done! I don't know what to do, i'm so upset right now!! feel like killing myself literally.. My week was going great and now it's been ****ed! Not a single thing i got right so far compared to the rest & perhaps 20 marks in total..arrrgghhhhhhhhh
Gosh dont worry, I actually know how you feel..felt exactly the same after physics yesterday. The only thing you can do I guess is forget about it and try just as hard for statistics/whatever other unit you have last. But I totally agree it was v unfair, hopefully itll be okay. If the worst happens and you do really badly, which im sure you havent, then you can just retake I guess.
