Back from holiday. Trained at a brand new gym; area of it aimed at serious lifters. Rack is terrible, the fail bars spin. The pullups grips are bigger than a fat grip. Couldnt lock ohp out as you crashed into the top of the cage. Just lol; they have a second rack attached to a crossfit pullup cage thing so I used that with tiny plates.

Benched with a very odd bar thick and rack very hard to rip bar out of as huge hooks.

Dat £6 spend tho

yea last exam was on tuesday, it was terrible but i should still be walking with a first haha. i'm in nottingham for 1 more year though
