I know right? When I took P1 I thought "Wow I'm gonna get my best grade in physics if the rest are that good" and then AQA were like "Sorry you wanted a good grade? Nah"

Yes! I only really got a proper physics teacher in year 11, my year 10 teacher only taught us half of p1 and the start of p2 in the whole year, we were all getting Us in our mocks!! Thankfully the year 11 teacher was so much better and I was getting As and A*s..... but now? No way will I get that..!

Thank you so much! Ah that seems accurate however, many people have said it will be higher since it was an easy paper? Btw are you a student or a teacher?

Does anyone want me to add the 2016 paper on the first post if they're available? (if so link them to me so I can put it on the first post)

Indeed it is 😂, with Chemistry, Geography & hopefully critical thinking if I meet the entry requirements 😊 (My school want 8 A/A*s for it)

And you sure have a real mix of subjects there!

Good luck! And yeah, I guess I do, but I love all of them (except for Maths lmao, only doing it because it's pretty much essential)
thanks @nwmyname for being so helpful to us we appreciate it

English Lit and History? Sameee!

High five! I find History interesting, though I remember absolutely hating GCSE lessons because the seemed to drag on forever. Plus the useful skills you get from it, I picked it. On the other hand, I absolutely adore English Lit and am really excited

Awww thank-you! 💜

Yeah, it really sucks when you can't complain about your results not being what you wanted since other people struggle to get the grades you're annoyed about... You end up coming across as really horrible to other people. I can totally empathise with the straight set of A*s desire.

Aww I'm sure you won't have ****ed up, if you're capable of 7 A*s in Year 10 you'll be fine with finishing off the clean sheet a year later :3 That's really impressive--I definitely didn't have the discipline to get grades like that in Year 10, but luckily my school didn't let me take anything a year early.

Thanks so much :colondollar:

In fact I did Maths in year 8, 4 GCSEs in year 9 and then the other 3 in year 10. My school is honestly so obsessed with early GCSEs.

Hmmm, too hight. C won't be 69 its never been higher than 65, just a tad bit hight. more like 65 - C and 100 - B and so on. A and A* grade may be accurate
