Most bizzare machine ever. This was on the middle handles. The lowest were so low it was picking up a seriously low deficit and the bar path was unreal lol

This was just plates, who knows what the machine itself weighed

Was annoyed then realised I had lunch at 7pm having had breakfast at 6am. Then spent my day on my hands and knees taking bloods. Pretty pleased tbh

- 90.0 kgs x 12 reps
No idea on weight of dumbbells. This is a guess

** Flat Barbell Bench Press **

No idea, I reckon my 3rep max is around 185-190. So 10-15kg less?

Fair. Better than me atm :biggrin:

Haven't trained lower body this year really, aside from a few random sessions. Done like 170x4/5 a couple of times for the lols.

Not much weaker than me though. I got 165 for 9 a while back, my training is inconsistent as I'm moving a lot round the country on placements

You're still a joke deadlift wise. Dat strength. Come back full time and lift once again brah

I still lift but am a bit of a bro. Cycling 10 miles every day and playing sport, can't really be bothered to train legs much. That and training legs literally doubles the length of my sessions (well it does if I squat). I'm enjoying being in and out inside 45 minutes, especially when training before/after work etc. Basically doing 5x5 bench/press alternating, then either 5x5 rows or a pull down variant, plus arms. A bit of core work too but that's it.

Am definitely feeling like my physique is improving, even if strength isn't, so am happy enough.

Had a week off due to life and driving over 300 miles over the weekend.

Seeing physio on Wednesday and not gyming until after that, hips have gotten to a stage I can't life, so much pain crouching or kneeling

Drove 550 last Monday and Tuesday (so over 1000) on my 'rest days'.


That's **** about the hips, hope it is nothing significant :smile:
