This was on the middle handles. The lowest were so low it was picking up a seriously low deficit and the bar path was unreal lol

Not much weaker than me though. I got 170 for 9 a while back, my training is inconsistent as I'm moving a lot round the country on placements

I still lift but am a bit of a bro. Cycling 10 miles every day and playing sport, can't really be bothered to train legs much. That and training legs literally doubles the length of my sessions (well it does if I squat). I'm enjoying being in and out inside 45 minutes, especially when training before/after work etc. Basically doing 5x5 bench/press alternating, then either 5x5 rows or a pull down variant, plus arms. A bit of core work too but that's it.
Am definitely feeling like my physique is improving, even if strength isn't, so am happy enough.
