Remember, gentlemen! Light sabers, teddy bears or wet fish only!
Well, we've got a crate of beer bottles here, so I'm going for a wet fish, and a beer bottle

A beer bottle is not an authorised weapon, Lord Mobbsy.

As Lord Mobbsy, I am making it authorised for use in this bar, and this bar only!

Trial by combat should be equal, if you're going to use a beer bottle I wish to use Phil Neville's left boot.

Duelling is a very serious matter, why would it be blocked

Because UKIP complained from what was said at the time... Otherwise whenever we had a political disagreement we'd have a duel:yep:

Another GRA eh? Should be interesting to see what happens (hopefully)!

As for the Monarchy, as it's a Great Repeal technically the Monarchy never left just as in real life. I do hope people didn't just vote for the GRA to erase that one bill.

To their credit we did not see a left-right split as we have prior with issues like MUN association and changing party names so i think that while people are wrong (this won't do anything for activity really) i do think they made a measured decision.

Fair enough. Yeah we didn't really have any unity lines. I voted yes on it, i'm getting rather tired of losing new members who get too confused by how different this place is from real life. Especially when they come full of ideas that we've already managed to put in place in some form or other. Then again I wasn't around for it last time :dontknow:

And after 10 bills or so have passed that will have happened again...

We Tories don't seem to have that problem because i took the time to know what was passed, hence when newer members or even MP's like Jammy or Mosby say they don't understand our tax system, it's easy to explain to them.

I advise that other parties do the same.

Nah it'll still be a lot less complicated, until after a few terms it'll be back to normal.

Yeah we've done that since before I joined sadly some still lose interest upon finding out everything they had in mind is defunct. That and reading through Hansard is no fun.

Personally i question people who get annoyed that they can't do stuff because if we just take the manifestos for the last election and see how many policies have been enacted...

Tories - 2

Greens - 3

Liberals - 1

Ukip - 1

Socialists - 0

Labour - 2

..

Do these figures make it look like parties were constrained in what they could do?
