Jordan's strawberry crunch (cos I fancied it) with an orange

Sate sate noodles! (which is pork, ham, cashews and veg in stir-fried noodles, YUM!)

I am staying away from junk right now since it messes with my concentration/at worst sleep and I am under quite a lot of pressure about assignments. I also have a bloody annoying cold. However instead I'm eating the yummiest healthy things I can

Breakfast: bowl of fruit & fibre cereal with melon,apple & strawberries

Lunch: jacobs cream crackers with light Philadelphia, cup of chai tea

Dinner: slimming world beef stew & a jacket potato & cauliflower, another cup of chai tea

Dessert: some neapolitan ice cream

also been nibbling on dry crackers

curried sweet potato and lentil soup with 2 dark rye crispbreads
a banana
a snickers bar
salad (jalapeno hummus, 1/4 round lettuce, grated carrot, cherry tomatoes, sugar snap peas, gherkins)

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs. 1 banana. A cup of tea with semi-skimmed milk and sweetener.
Dinner: 3 Quorn cocktail sausages, a slice of red pepper, 1/4 of a cucumber, 1/4 of a carrot, a tablespoon of hummus. A sugar free energy drink.

Alpen cereal bar (addicted)

Chicken breast in breadcrumbs
Packet of Frazzles

A tiny slice of cinder toffee bonfire cake (didn't like it much)

Loaaaads of Coke Zero. Should probably stop drinking it soon, caffeine turns me into a wreck.

Having leftover pasta bake for dinner with broccoli and sweetcorn.

... that doesn't actually look like a lot that I've had throughout the day so maybe I'll have something else at/after dinner.

A bowl of muesli with almond milk
Salted caramel hot chocolate with soy milk. So glad I tried this, best thing Starbucks have ever made.
Made salsa, had a bit of that

Snack: 3 cheese crackers.
Dinner: 3 slices of cheese and tomato pizza with a BBQ & cheese stuffed crust. 2 pieces of cheese garlic bread pizza.
Snack: Some Halloween chocolate. 2 more slices of the same pizza.
