    Hey guys,
I've got Alevel grades of A*BCC I emailed Southampton as see if my A* would override the 2C's but they said no. Do they accept resits with extenuating circumstances? Any advice on what to do next??
    Thanks

    They don't except resits
But I'm not sure with extenuating circumstances.
U can apply to other programmes.

    Aww
Hm, there are other universities that accept retakes such as East anglia
    Exeter
    Liverpool
Newcastle- but you have to provide a later from a GP for proof of extenuating circumstances
    Plymouth
    Good luck xx

Your stats look fine for the standard 5 year entry at non-UKCAT heavy schools. It's a bit late but have you considered taking the BMAT?

    Bristol don't look at ukcat
    Try them,
Birmingham are fairly new and your stats are pretty good.. You have a good chance of applying anywhere that's not too ukcat heavy
    Good luck xx

Thank you so much good luck to you too and everyone else applyin!

No, I'm not applying to Nottingham - unfortunately I'm not in their postcode system thing even tho Iive in the poorest borough in London haha

I'm actually nearly done with my personal statement but I don't know if I like it or not.
It's actually very very personal which I think is a little scary but I'm gonna get my teachers and my mentor to check it out too.

Where can I find this postcode tool they use to check whether I am eligible?

I'm applying for this programme from Scotland. I meet all the eligibility criteria but i've only got a UKCAT score of 2110. Do you think it's worth applying? I really don't want to waste my choices.
